Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed to accommodate box sizes 37-97, supporting 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. These units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they are pre-filled with mineral oil. They come with a 2-year warranty and include special attributes such as ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears that enhance rotation and reduce noise levels. The KAN style model is supplied with B14 mounting as standard, while torque arm mounts and B5 flange mounts are available as optional accessories. Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits can be obtained separately.
