Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed for box sizes ranging from 37 to 97, accommodating 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. These units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores. Pre-filled with mineral oil, they also come with a 2-year warranty. Notable attributes include ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears for improved rotation and quieter operation. The KAN style is supplied with B14 mounting as standard, and additional options such as torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts are available as separate accessories. Furthermore, single shaft and double shaft output kits can be procured to meet specific application needs.
