Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed for box sizes 37-97, accommodating 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. These units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, are pre-filled with mineral oil, and come with a 2-year warranty. Technical attributes include ball bearings on both input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears that enhance rotation efficiency and reduce operational noise. The KAN style is standard with B14 mounting, while additional options such as torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts can be obtained separately. Furthermore, single shaft and double shaft output kits are also offered, providing versatility for various applications.
