Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are available in box sizes 37-97 to support 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors in speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. The units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. Additionally, these speed reducers are backed by a 2-year warranty. Key features include ball bearings on the input and output shafts, precision ground gears for improved rotation and quieter operation, and the KAN style which comes standard with B14 mounting. Optional accessories include torque arm mounts and B5 flange mounts, as well as single shaft and double shaft output kits.
