Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed for box sizes 37-97, accommodating 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors and offering speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. The units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges, standard hollow output bores, and come pre-filled with mineral oil. They are backed by a 2-year warranty and include ball bearings on the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears for enhanced rotation and quieter operation. The KAN style comes standard with B14 mounting, while additional options such as torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts can be purchased separately. Single shaft and double shaft output kits are also offered to meet various application needs.
