Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed for box sizes 37-97, accommodating 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. Each unit is equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. These reducers feature a 2-year warranty and include special attributes such as ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, along with precision ground gears that enhance rotation and reduce operational noise. The KAN style is standard with B14 mounting, while torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts can be purchased as separate accessories. Additionally, options for single shaft and double shaft output kits are also available.
