The Agri-Fab, Inc. 130 lb. commercial push spreader model #45-0548 is designed for efficient spreading of rock salt and ice melt during harsh winter conditions. It features a capacity of 130 lbs, capable of covering up to 25,000 square feet in one fill, suitable for use over a 1/2 acre. The spreader is equipped with large 13" x 5" turf tread pneumatic tires for smooth transport on snowy or icy surfaces. Its construction includes 1-inch diameter steel tubing, a poly hopper, and a spreader plate, along with an enclosed gearbox that houses heat-treated bevel gears, ensuring durability against corrosive materials. The stainless steel axle and impeller shaft enhance the longevity of the spreader, while a grate improves material flow and performance. Additionally, the kit includes a hopper cover and deflector, which help keep the material dry and narrow the spreading pattern, minimizing unwanted application on your lawn.
