It includes 40 oz high-tear abrasion-resistant fabrics, double lock stitched seams, kiln dried superior grade backing lumber, and a 99% memory foam core for extended lift. The fixed head pad provides maximum seal, and the condensation drainage system enhances functionality. Full height yellow guide strips and galvanized mounting hardware are included. The seals are designed for 10' height openings and include a curtain style header with a 24" drop curtain and 18" Velcro splits.
