This kit serves as a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, designed for various MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It includes a cushioned chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, a zinc plated steel jam nut, polyurethane rod seal, polyurethane cushion seals, zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw, and an aluminum end cap. The anodized aluminum body is complemented by zinc plated steel screws and a sintered bronze rod bearing. Additionally, the kit features polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
