The product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, designed for various MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned, chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, a zinc plated steel jam nut, polyurethane rod seal, polyurethane cushion seals, a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw, and an aluminum end cap. The anodized aluminum body is complemented by zinc plated steel screws and a sintered bronze rod bearing. Additionally, it includes polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
