The drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders is designed for a variety of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. This cylinder features a cushioned, chrome-plated C40 steel piston rod, a zinc-plated steel jam nut, and polyurethane rod seals, along with polyurethane cushion seals. It includes a zinc-plated steel cushion adjustment screw and an aluminum end cap, while the anodized aluminum body is secured with zinc-plated steel screws. Other specifications consist of a sintered bronze rod bearing, polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
