This product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, suitable for various MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned, chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, a zinc plated steel jam nut, and polyurethane rod seals. Additional components include polyurethane cushion seals, a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw, an aluminum end cap, and an anodized aluminum body. The assembly is secured with zinc plated steel screws and incorporates a sintered bronze rod bearing along with polyurethane piston seals. It is equipped with a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals, ensuring reliable performance and compliance with industry standards.
