This product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, making it suitable for various Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) pneumatic automation applications. The cylinder features a cushioned design and is equipped with a chrome-plated C40 steel piston rod, zinc-plated steel jam nut, and polyurethane rod seal. It includes polyurethane cushion seals, a zinc-plated steel cushion adjustment screw, and an aluminum end cap. The anodized aluminum body is complemented by zinc-plated steel screws and a sintered bronze rod bearing. Additionally, the cylinder contains polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
