The product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, suitable for a variety of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned, chrome-plated C40 steel piston rod, zinc-plated steel jam nut, polyurethane rod seal, and polyurethane cushion seals. Additionally, it includes a zinc-plated steel cushion adjustment screw, an aluminum end cap, an anodized aluminum body, and zinc-plated steel screws. The assembly is complemented by a sintered bronze rod bearing, polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
