This product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, suitable for a wide range of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. The kit includes a cushioned, chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, a zinc plated steel jam nut, polyurethane rod seal, polyurethane cushion seals, a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw, and an aluminum end cap. The body is made of anodized aluminum, complemented by zinc plated steel screws, a sintered bronze rod bearing, and polyurethane piston seals. Additionally, it features a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
