The drop-in replacement cylinders for ISO 15552 standardized applications are designed for a variety of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation uses. Each cylinder features a cushioned, chrome-plated C40 steel piston rod, a zinc-plated steel jam nut, polyurethane rod seals, and polyurethane cushion seals. The design also includes a zinc-plated steel cushion adjustment screw, an aluminum end cap, an anodized aluminum body, and zinc-plated steel screws. Additionally, it is equipped with a sintered bronze rod bearing, polyurethane piston seals, a plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
