The product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, commonly utilized in various MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned chrome-plated C40 steel piston rod, a zinc-plated steel jam nut, and polyurethane rod seals. Additionally, the cylinder includes polyurethane cushion seals, a zinc-plated steel cushion adjustment screw, and an aluminum end cap. Constructed with an anodized aluminum body, zinc-plated steel screws, and a sintered bronze rod bearing, it also incorporates polyurethane piston seals and a Plastoferrite magnet. The aluminum piston is complemented by a support magnet and NBR O-ring seals.
