The product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, suitable for various MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned chrome-plated C40 steel piston rod, zinc-plated steel jam nut, polyurethane rod seal, and polyurethane cushion seals. Additionally, the cylinder includes a zinc-plated steel cushion adjustment screw, an aluminum end cap, and an anodized aluminum body, with zinc-plated steel screws for assembly. The sintered bronze rod bearing, polyurethane piston seals, and Plastoferrite magnet further enhance its functionality, while an aluminum piston and support magnet are also included. NBR O-ring seals provide additional sealing capability.
