This kit is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, designed for a variety of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It includes a cushioned, chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, zinc plated steel jam nut, polyurethane rod seal, polyurethane cushion seals, and a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw. The aluminum end cap is paired with an anodized aluminum body and zinc plated steel screws, while a sintered bronze rod bearing and polyurethane piston seals enhance durability. The kit also features a Plastoferrite magnet, aluminum piston, support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
