This kit is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, suitable for a variety of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned, chrome-plated C40 steel piston rod, a zinc-plated steel jam nut, and polyurethane rod seal and cushion seals. The assembly includes a zinc-plated steel cushion adjustment screw, aluminum end cap, anodized aluminum body, zinc-plated steel screws, and a sintered bronze rod bearing. Additionally, it is equipped with polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
