The drop-in replacement cylinders are designed to conform to ISO 15552 standards, making them suitable for a wide range of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) as well as original equipment manufacturer (OEM) pneumatic automation applications. Each cylinder features a cushioned, chrome-plated C40 steel piston rod and a zinc-plated steel jam nut. The components include polyurethane rod seals, polyurethane cushion seals, and a zinc-plated steel cushion adjustment screw. The cylinders are housed in an anodized aluminum body with a zinc-plated steel end cap secured by screws, and they incorporate a sintered bronze rod bearing. Additionally, the assembly includes polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals. These cylinders are built to provide durability and reliability in various industrial environments, ensuring optimal performance in pneumatic systems.
