The product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, designed for a wide range of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned, chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, zinc plated steel jam nut, and polyurethane rod seal, along with polyurethane cushion seals and zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw. The cylinder includes an aluminum end cap, anodized aluminum body, zinc plated steel screws, and a sintered bronze rod bearing. Additionally, it is equipped with polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
