The drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders is ideal for various MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. This cylinder features a cushioned, chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, a zinc plated steel jam nut, and polyurethane rod seals, alongside polyurethane cushion seals. It includes a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw, an aluminum end cap, and an anodized aluminum body. The assembly is secured with zinc plated steel screws, and it utilizes a sintered bronze rod bearing and polyurethane piston seals for durability. Additionally, it is equipped with a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
