Aignep USA's 01VL series pneumatic hand-actuated lever valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The actions available include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves have port sizes of 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch, compatible with NPT and BSPP threads. They achieve flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports, and all valves are designed to operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI. The durable NBR seals enable operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool features chemical nickel-plated steel for enhanced durability.
