Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8 inch ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4 inch ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2 inch ports. All valves operate at up to 145 PSI working pressure, with a baseline pressure requirement of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing the valves to function between 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body consists of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made from chemical nickel plated steel.
