The polyethylene (HDPE) caps incorporate an integrated leak-proof seal, while the tubes themselves have graduations molded into the conical bottom, perfect for pellet viewing and small volume quantification. The convenient zip-closure bag serves as a practical alternative to traditional opened bags, and the assorted color caps allow for effective color coding of samples to enhance identification and productivity, such as by days of the week or specific lab procedures. Each case of assorted color tubes (230411A and 230421A) includes a complimentary plastic rack made from autoclavable, reusable, and recyclable polypropylene, which is chemically resistant and designed to prevent sticking or freezing to surfaces.
