CellTreat® freeze cryogenic vials are specifically engineered for the storage of biological materials at temperatures as low as -196°C, utilizing the gas phase of liquid nitrogen. The vials are offered in both round bottom and self-standing configurations. CellTreat® descriptions reference the highest graduation mark on each vial, distinguishing them from other brands that may specify vials based on actual liquid capacity. Each vial features an internal thread cap designed to prevent contamination, complemented by an O-ring silicone seal that ensures a secure closure at any temperature. The caps are equipped with textured ridges for improved grip, particularly when handling with gloves. Additionally, the vials include large, contrasting black graduations that are easy to read, alongside a spacious white marking area for labeling, which also enhances the visibility of the black graduations.
