CellTreat® freeze cryogenic vials are specifically designed for the storage of biological material at temperatures as low as -196°C, in the gas phase of liquid nitrogen. The product descriptions for CellTreat® vials are based on the highest graduation mark on the vial, unlike other brands that may refer to vials by their actual liquid capacity. The vials come in self-standing re-sealable bags, offering a unique storage solution. Each vial features an external thread cap with an integrated leak-proof seal, a long skirt for easy one-handed aseptic techniques, and a thread design that allows for removal or sealing with just a 1-1/4 turn. The caps are designed with textured ridges to facilitate gripping while wearing gloves. They also include contrasting black graduations that are large and easy to view, alongside a large white marking area for writing, which enhances visibility against the black graduations. Additionally, the vials have a self-standing base that interlocks with an easy grip workstation rack, providing convenient one-handed opening.
