CellTreat® freeze cryogenic vials are specifically engineered for the storage of biological materials at temperatures as low as -196°C in the gas phase of liquid nitrogen. They are available in both round bottom and self-standing options, with product descriptions based on the highest graduation mark on the vial, unlike other brands that may label vials based on actual liquid capacity. The self-standing re-sealable bags provide a distinctive storage solution. Each vial features an internal thread cap to prevent contamination, complemented by an O-ring silicone seal that ensures a positive seal at any temperature. The caps are designed with textured ridges for ease of gripping while wearing gloves. The vials also feature contrasting black graduations that are large and easy to view, alongside a large white marking area for writing, which enhances visibility. Additionally, the self-standing base interlocks with an easy grip workstation rack, facilitating convenient one-handed opening.
