The Rotante with a round top features a dome interior chamber and is insulated with 9" thick refractory brick, enabling it to cook a pizza in just 90 seconds due to the excellent heat retention. Users can select the burner’s orientation on either the left or right side, and various tile options are available for customization. This model is equipped with a control board that offers multiple saved program options, allowing control over the time, temperature, and speed of the deck for each program. Each unit is hand-built to perfection and comes with a 1-year warranty covering on-site parts and labor.
