Fibre-Metal faceshield windows are injection molded from propionate, a material that outperforms other window materials in key performance characteristics. These windows are preformed at the factory to match the exact curve of our crown protectors, ensuring easy installation and a perfect seal against dust, dirt, and debris. All high-performance windows are 0.060" thick, providing an extra margin of protection without costing more than ordinary 0.040" thick windows. They are available in three sizes, with options including clear, special tints, and shades 3, 5, and 8 (4178 only). These windows meet the ANSI Z87.1+ standard for eye and face protection and have been tested by Honeywell to comply with the CSA Z94.3 standard.
