The kit includes an oversize, square carbide tip designed for improved centering and clearance when working with toggle bolts, bolts, anchor screws, and expansion bolts. It features a 118° point and a regular helix that facilitates easy chip removal while providing additional steel support for the drill tip. For drill diameters exceeding 1/2", the shank size is reduced to fit a 1/2" drill chuck. Crafted from high-grade carbide, this drill bit offers a longer lifespan and complies with ANSI spec B212.15-1994. It is suitable for use with rotation or rotary percussion drill motors and is specifically designed for drilling in sandstone and green concrete. The drill operates in a right-hand direction of rotation and has a shank length of 1.5625 inches.
