The drill features an oversize, square carbide tip designed for enhanced centering and clearance for toggle bolts, anchor screws, and expansion bolts, with a 118° point for precision drilling. Its regular helix design facilitates easy chip removal and provides increased steel support for the drill tip. For drill diameters exceeding 1/2", the shank is reduced to fit a 1/2" drill chuck. Constructed from high-grade carbide, this drill ensures longer-lasting performance and complies with ANSI spec B212.15-1994. It is suitable for use with rotation or rotary percussion drill motors and is ideal for drilling in sandstone and green concrete. The drill operates with a right-hand direction of rotation and has a shank length of 1.5625 inches.
