The kit features an oversize, square carbide tip designed for improved centering and clearance, specifically for toggle bolts, bolts, anchor screws, and expansion bolts, with an included 118° point for precision drilling. It incorporates a regular helix for efficient chip removal and enhanced steel support for the drill tip. For drill diameters exceeding 1/2", the shank is reduced to fit a 1/2" drill chuck. Made from high-grade carbide, this drill offers a longer lifespan and conforms to ANSI spec B212.15-1994. It is compatible with rotation or rotary percussion drill motors, suitable for drilling in sandstone and green concrete, and operates in a right-hand direction of rotation. The shank length measures 1.5625 inches.
