The drill features an oversize, square carbide tip designed for improved centering and clearance for toggle bolts, anchor screws, and expansion bolts, with a 118° point angle. It incorporates a regular helix for efficient chip removal and increased steel support for the drill tip. For drill diameters exceeding 1/2", the shank is reduced to fit a 1/2" drill chuck. Constructed from high-grade carbide, this drill ensures a longer lifespan and conforms to ANSI specification B212.15-1994. It is compatible with rotation or rotary percussion drill motors, suitable for drilling into sandstone and green concrete. This drill operates with a right-hand direction of rotation and features a shank length of 1.5625 inches.
