Each drill is designed with a 118° split point for easier and more precise penetration, paired with a standard overall length of 6" and a flute length of 3-1/8", providing increased rigidity, less deflection, and improved hole accuracy. The standardized lengths facilitate minimal adjustment during tool changes in screw machines and machining centers. The three flats on the shank ensure a more positive grip in the drill chuck, reducing slippage under high loads, making them ideal for portable drilling applications.
