The Basic Rack PDU is a 14.4 kW solution designed for high-density installations, including essential components such as cord retention brackets, a documentation CD, an installation guide, rack mounting brackets, and a toolless mounting kit. This product features toolless mounting capabilities, allowing for quick and easy installation into APC NetShelter enclosures without requiring additional tools, thus facilitating installation in the rear of the enclosure. It supports vertical mounting, which optimizes space by occupying zero U of rack space, making it ideal for maximizing equipment placement. The PDU is equipped with resettable circuit breakers for rapid recovery from overload events and is designed to be rack-mountable in horizontal, vertical, and toolless configurations, strategically placing power where it is needed most near the equipment. It operates from a single input power source, allowing the supply of power from one branch whip to multiple devices, thereby enhancing installation efficiency with standard connections.
