Diversey Fryer Boil Out, unscented, is offered in 2 oz. packets with a total of 36 packets per case (CBD991209). This low-foaming formula effectively degreases and cleans foodservice fryers while preventing boil-over. The combination of heat and chemical action allows the product to penetrate, emulsify, and remove built-up grease, thereby eliminating the need for neutralizing. The formula is noncorrosive and contains no phosphates. Each packet contains 2 oz. of the cleaning solution, making it suitable for efficient fryer maintenance.
