The DM 40 oil is a compact oil and chips vacuum designed for subtractive manufacturers, capable of extracting swarf while recycling emulsions from CNC machine tools. It features a self-cooling motor system that enables maximum suction for extended operating periods, reducing production interruptions. The vacuum is compact and mobile, equipped with oil-proof wheels and gaskets, and consists of three powerful bypass motors with independent cooling. An integrated sieve basket with a float device ensures level control, while a tangential suction inlet and cyclone provide filter and motor protection. Its sturdy steel construction houses a large collection tank that holds 26 gallons of liquid and 11 gallons of solid waste. Additionally, the filter is coated to protect the motor from oil mist.
