Powered by Standard Shop compressed air, the powerful Machine Vac NED (Non-Electrical Discharge) quickly and effectively vacuums up dry and wet materials to keep your workspace clean. Constructed from electrically conductive components, the Machine Vac NED suppresses the buildup of static charges for safe use with combustible materials commonly found in manufacturing, chemical, and food processing facilities. This unit features a 5.5 gallon, static conductive polyethylene container, a standard cartridge filter with 77% efficiency at 0.8 microns, a bottom drain plug, and a pre-drilled steel vertical mounting plate for easy installation. Additionally, it includes a 1-1/2" ID x 10' static conductive vacuum hose, an aluminum crevice tool, a 3/8" ID x 20' static conductive air hose, and a shutoff valve with a 3/8" FNPT inlet. The Machine Vac NED is virtually maintenance-free with no electric motor to burn out, and the grounding lug provides an extra degree of safety. Proudly made in the USA.
