This kit includes a static conductive vacuum hose, a static conductive air supply hose, and a push dolly. PowerQuad™ PulseAir™ dust extractors feature button-activated technology for on-demand filter cleaning without opening the unit and are designed to minimize operator exposure to harmful dust, thereby meeting OSHA silica dust regulation 29 CFR 1926.1153. Key features include energy efficiency, consuming up to 70% less compressed air while delivering superior vacuum suction, and advanced noise reduction operating at 88 dBA or less. The extractors are intrinsically safe with no electric motors or risk of electrical sparks, making them suitable for both wet and dry locations. Customizable performance is achieved with three color-coded, easy-to-change injector nozzle sets for tailored compressed air savings and vacuum suction. The proprietary design features a rugged, diecast aluminum vacuum generating engine with a unique 2-stage, multi-venturi design. Additionally, the kit is equipped with a liquid shutoff assembly, making it versatile and suitable for various applications, and is backwards compatible with all existing GuardaAir® products.
