Powerblanket has introduced the Cure Pro - Professional Series heated and insulated concrete curing blankets, which feature a revolutionary design that provides uniform heat across the entire blanket, effectively eliminating hot and cold spots. The Powerblanket Concrete-0310 Cure Pro blanket measures 3' x 10' with finished overall dimensions of 4' x 11', heating quickly to a preset 100°F (38°C) with a tolerance of ± 10°F (3°C). This maintenance-free heating solution accelerates the curing process, allowing concrete to cure 2.8 times faster than conventional methods, achieving a strength of 3,925 psi in 72 hours. Additionally, these blankets are constructed to be extremely rugged, allowing safe walking on them without damaging the internal heater, and are designed to withstand harsh construction site conditions. The blankets also maintain moisture throughout the hydration process and assist in thawing ground and frost before pouring, ensuring compliance with ACI standards.
