The kit is designed for the removal of ball bearings, roller bearings, inner races, and other tight parts when space is limited for using pulling hooks. It includes one separator, one pulling device, and a pair of extensions, all packaged in the KUKKO-I-BOXX system for easy management and secure storage in special foam. The kit features a quick-clamping pressure spindle for rapid and central tensioning of the separator jaws, which provide ultimate stability during removal by being firmly screwed together with the pulling device. The sharp blades are capable of removing flush parts where pulling jaws are ineffective, while the wedge-shaped separator jaws are designed to secure beneath the component being removed. The large supporting surfaces help protect the components during the pulling process. The kit has dimensions including a diameter of the shaft ranging from 25 to 155 mm, a depth of side screw ranging from 144 to 400 mm, and a distance of side screw from 80 to 300 mm (5 5/8 - 15 3/4" and 3 3/16 - 11 7/8" respectively). Instructions are provided on the cover, and precautions include the use of a protective blanket and protective goggles. Additionally, it is important to follow a step-by-step removal process and avoid using electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills. The complete kit allows for almost all components to be ordered as replacement parts through a time-saving numbering system and includes a personal KUKKO-chip-code for added convenience.
