The kit is designed for removing bearings, gears, discs, and other components in tight or difficult-to-access spaces, offering a practical solution for universal use. It includes thin pulling hooks suitable for narrow locations, with a manual adjustment knurl for rapid loosening and adjusting of the extractor jaws on the cross-beam without the need for a wrench. The variable reach is enhanced by optional jaw extensions, and the pulling hooks can be installed on various designs while allowing both internal and external pulls, making it suitable for asymmetric workpieces. The 2-arm cross bar features a hexagonal profile for improved grip, and the spindle head band prevents slippage. Almost all components are available as replacement parts, facilitating a time-saving order process through a numbering system. It is recommended to use pressure pads from Series 600-17 for hollow shafts if the spindle cannot be supported, and stability support can be achieved with the optional Series 219 clamp. This easy-to-manage package is compatible with the KUKKO-L-BOXX-System and includes an 8 in 1 kit that allows for the assembly of eight different pulling device models through the combination of pulling jaws and extensions. Flexibility is assured with a two-arm or three-arm design, and the thin pulling jaws come in various lengths with quick-adjusting capability. The kit features jaw extensions and parallel pulling hooks that maintain their positions even under full load, along with infinitely variable adjustment on the cross-beam. The spindle is optimally adjustable to the shaft with a two-sided spindle tip (ball and tip), and it includes both short and long mechanical pressure screws with a milled thread treated with a special coating. If adequate free space is available around the part to be removed, a 3-jaw puller is recommended. Instructions are provided on the cover, and the kit ensures secure storage through special foam, along with a personal KUKKO-chip-code.
