The kit is designed for the efficient removal of grooved ball bearings without causing damage or needing to dismantle the shaft. It includes a self-tensioning puller that is easy to handle, featuring a simple, self-explanatory design with a minimal number of components. The pulling jaws can be easily mounted with a 90-degree rotation in the cross-beam, ensuring a secure, form-fitting connection. The kit incorporates only two types of pulling jaws, which are machined with lateral surfaces to guarantee optimal alignment with the cross-beam. For ease of installation, magnets under the cross-beam facilitate the secure mounting of support rings on the ball bearing. The spindle head band prevents slippage during use, allowing for non-contact removal when combined with a slide hammer. It is capable of quickly and easily removing grooved ball bearings located on a shaft and within a casing simultaneously. The pulling jaws, specifically designed for precise fitting in bearing tracks, provide optimal support and enhanced extension force. These two-part jaws include a dowel pin hammered into the upper end, and their modern design is based on the proven KUKKO claw. The different jaw versions are color-coded for easy identification, and the jaws are tempered for durability. The cross-beam design includes a spread adjuster for secure retention of the part being removed. The mechanical pressure spindle features a rounded head that serves as a spindle top when used with the slide hammer. The milled thread is treated with a special coating for added durability, while the instructions and a conversion table are provided in the kit cover. The puller is stored securely in special foam for protection.
