The pulling device is designed for use with Series 15 and 17 separators and can be combined with the Series 18-0-AS screw adapter for removing parts with threaded holes. It features a mechanical pressure screw with a milled thread that has been treated with a special coating. When removing multiple parts, it is essential to adhere to a step-by-step process, avoiding the removal of several parts simultaneously. The separator blades’ support surfaces must be fully positioned beneath the part to be removed. Users are advised against using electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills during operation. Safety precautions include the requirement of a protective blanket and protective goggles. The device includes a hexagon drive (male) with a metric size of 22mm, a depth of the side screw that ranges from 145mm to 280mm, and a distance of the side screw measuring 2 3/4" to 9 5/8" (metric equivalent 68mm to 244mm). It has a thread size of M14x1.5, a maximum torque capacity of 120Nm, and a maximum load capacity of 7 tons.
