Drylok Siloxane 7 Brick & Masonry Penetrating Sealer is a clear, durable water-repellent specialty formulation designed for use on exterior, above-grade, vertical and horizontal brick and masonry surfaces. This product effectively minimizes the deterioration of masonry and mortar with just one coat, while also helping to control efflorescence (salt deposits) and surface staining. It prevents moisture penetration, thereby eliminating issues such as plaster cracking, paint blistering, and damp staining of interior finishes. The kit includes the penetrating sealer, and actual coverage will vary depending upon application method, surface texture, and porosity.
