Drylok Extreme Masonry Waterproofer is a smooth waterproof paint available in a 5-gallon pail, designed for the most demanding conditions. It features a fully transferable 15-year warranty and is ideal for a variety of applications including interior and exterior surfaces, above or below grade masonry walls, basement walls, retaining walls, foundations, landscape walls, cinder blocks, concrete blocks, bare concrete swimming pools, stucco, and brick. The product utilizes a flexible encapsulated polymer, providing superior waterproof protection while being specially formulated to resist mildew growth on the paint film. It boasts a 3-hour dry time and contains 83 g/L VOC content. With the capability to stop 12 PSI, it can withstand a water pressure equivalent to a wall of water 26 feet high. Furthermore, it passes ASTM D-7088 for resistance to hydrostatic pressure and ASTM D-6904 for resistance to wind-driven rain.
