The Xtra St industrial ultrasonic cleaners, with manufacturer part # 107 7058, are rugged, high-capacity devices designed for cleaning a diverse array of parts in production environments. Capable of thoroughly removing chips and coolant from newly machined metal parts, as well as oil, grease, dust, fingerprints, and dirt from used items, these powerful ultrasonic cleaners are both portable and user-friendly. They feature dual frequency operation for coarse and fine cleaning, a sweep mode that evenly distributes cleaning, and a pulse mode that adds bursts of ultrasonic power for intensive cleaning and degassing. The dynamic mode combines sweep and pulse for optimal cleaning results, effectively dealing with stubborn contaminants like polishing pastes at 25 kHz and achieving fine cleaning at 45 kHz. The stainless steel tanks are wheel-mounted for easy mobility, and the adjustable timer can be set from 1 to 30 minutes or for continuous operation. Temperature settings range from 30°C to 80°C, with automatic start-up when the desired temperature is reached. For safety, the unit automatically shuts off at 90°C or after 12 hours of continuous operation. All models feature drains with stainless steel ball valves, and the Xtra St sonic cleaner is designed for easy servicing with minimal downtime, as the control panel/generator assembly can be quickly removed and replaced in-house. Intelligent generators automatically adjust to the transducers, ensuring superior performance under high operational demands. The robust tanks made from special stainless steel guarantee a long service life. These state-of-the-art Elma ultrasonic cleaners are manufactured in Germany and are certified by UL, CSA, ISO9001, and ISO13485. Please note that a basket and lid must be ordered separately, with options for a stainless steel lift-off lid or an insulated hinged lid for sound reduction. This model does not include a cover or basket, and serves as a substitute for the 4GHT1826 Crest ultrasonic cleaning tank, which has a capacity of 32.4 gallons, operates at 40 kHz, and functions at 240V.
