The Xtra TT Heavy-Duty Ultrasonic Cleaner, manufacturer part # 107 6479, is a robust benchtop Elma Sonic Xtra TT industrial ultrasonic cleaner designed for operations that run continuously for up to 8 hours per day. This durable cleaner is well-suited for production environments and features a sweep mode for uniform cleaning, as well as a unique dynamic mode that boosts cleaning power to effectively remove tenacious contaminants and polishing pastes. It is equipped with a timer, a ball valve drain, and a heater that operates between 30°C and 80°C. For safety, the unit includes an automatic shut-off feature at 90°C or after 8 hours of operation and can be set to auto-start when the preselected temperature is reached. The cleaner is available in four tank sizes ranging from 0.7 to 4.7 gallons and includes a stainless steel cover. It operates on a 110-120V 50/60 Hz electrical supply and is backed by a 3-year tank warranty. The Xtra TT series is made in Germany and meets various certifications including CE, ISO9001, and ISO13485.
